Sam’s practice focuses on representing securities broker-dealers and registered representatives in Financial Industry Regulatory Authority arbitrations and state and federal courts in matters involving customer complaints and employment related issues. Additionally, Sam represents clients in compliance related matters with various governmental entities and self regulatory organizations. Among his achievements, Sam helped to spearhead the successful defense of 14 complex, multi-claimant FINRA arbitrations out of Omaha, Nebraska.

Sam, who is known for his unique and infectious laugh, hails from Dallas, Texas by way of Alpena, Michigan. Sam graduated Magna Cum Laude from Michigan State University College of Law in East Lansing, Michigan in 2005, and from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government in 2001. Outside of work, Sam enjoys sports, the great outdoors and barbeque.

Sam is a member of the Michigan Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.
