ROBERT M. UNATIN
Robert M. Unatin (aka “Robbie) is an associate attorney at Saretsky Hart Michaels + Gould PC. Robbie’s practice is focused on financial services litigation on behalf of broker-dealers, registered representatives, investment advisers, insurance agents, and other financial professionals before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and in state/federal court. Robbie is frequently involved in defending customer claims alleging sales practice violations and handling intra-industry disputes.
Robbie was born and raised in the Detroit area. He earned his B.A. in Economics from Michigan State University (Go Green!). He began his career in Chicago handling real estate transactions, but returned to Michigan to attend law school at Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, where he served as President of the Jewish Law Society and the Vice President of the Student Bar Association.
Robbie is well-known for his dedication to fitness, portion control and white teeth. He brings an unrivaled work ethic and genuine interest in vigorously defending and advising clients.
Robbie is a member of the Michigan Bar and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
